We are currently recruiting for a Store/Cafe Manager to join our growing institutions.
Maintaining order on a daily basis
Responsible for developing SOP and team management
Support and uphold the company competencies striving to exceed expectation
Carry out project work as required by the Head of Retail and/or RDM
Deliver world class service in store which will engage our guests
Be a brand ambassador and develop your team to be so
Optimise sales through effective customer experience and selling techniques
Carry out continuous assessment and development of staff
Skills & Qualifications
Either: Minimum of one year of Key holder/Asst Manager/Store Opening experience
Minimum of one year of retail management experience with full responsibility, ideally with a prestige brand
Ability to coach and give feedback effectively and honestly
Ability to adapt to frequent change and a high pressure environment
Indonesian and fluent English is a must have!!
