As general manager you've arguably got one of the most glamorous, yet responsible roles in a hotel. To a certain extent you're a figurehead, motivating your managers and charming the guests – but when the schmoozing stops it's down to you to make sure the business is profitable.

Key responsibilities:

• Motivating a large hotel team to deliver service standards
  
• Driving a sales and marketing strategy
  
• Meeting budgets and exceeding revenue targets
  
• Networking at dinners and functions
  
• Liaising closely with the sales and revenue team to make sure business is coming in at the right price/yield
  

Shortlisted candidates that we expect:

• You're not more then 45 yo by 2015
  
• Interested to be posted in Balikpapan, Kalimantan and in house stay at the hotel
  
• Easy going and has strong passion in hospitality
  
• Fluent in English literacy both verbal and writing
  
• Male is preferable
  
• Minimum 2 years experience as General Manager for 3 - 4 star hotel or 3 Years as Executive Assistant Manager
  
• Having a business hotel experience is a plus point
