We are cake decorating supplies based in Sydney. We are one stop cake supplies store; we stock an extensive range of baking and cake decorating tools.
The role
As a member of the Online Business team, you will be responsible for creating engaging content on our websites to drive both brand awareness and sales.
Responsibilities for this role are
• Good written and spoken English is a must.
• Write, edit and repurpose content across all sites on a day to day basis
• Work closely with the management and online designer team to ensure new content and functionality are as specified
• Help drive the online content plan with relevant stakeholders, and contribute ideas for new content development
• Develop digital content to meet SEO requirements.
• Champion the need for quality online content, and provide insights and recommendations for user-focused engagement.
• Other tasks, as required.
Desired skills and attributes
• Bachelor’s degree in journalism, professional writing & editing, or similar
• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in online content writing/editing and production
• Solid knowledge of SEO, writing for digital channels and content strategy
• Understanding of usability and UX, including optimising information architecture and identification of user needs.
• Ability to create lively, engaging copy very quickly.
• Strong customer focus and understanding of eS E N S O Rmerce
• Experience writing inspirational content/features about baking and cake decorating.
• Experience with database-driven dynamic content
• Creative thinker with excellent problem-solving skill
• An eye for detail and commitment to quality and continuous improvement

This is a full time position based in Surabaya or alternatively you can choose to work from home if you have good ADSL connection, laptop and suitable area to work effectively.
