The company is closing in on a $7.4 billion contract with South Korea for 60 F-15 Silent Eagle jets.
On Friday, the Pentagon notified Congress of a possible $1.2 billion foreign military sale to Saudi Arabia, the Washington Business Journal reports.
And although that the announcement didn’t specify which aircraft the services would support, Boeing is now building 84 advanced F-15SAs for the Royal Saudi Air Force in a deal worth $3.5 billion, and it’s upgrading another 70 older F-15s.
Engineering, sub-assembly and final assembly of the F-15 jets occurs at Boeing’s St. Louis facility.
This proposed $1.2 billion sale would provide support and services for the Royal Saudi Air Force aircraft, engines and weapons.
