A global creative agency that collaborates with brand owners on their below the line and experiential marketing, events, exhibitions, and thematic environment from strategy to execution.

2) ACCOUNT MANAGER

SUMMARY:
As an account manager you are a high-level professional, an all-rounder individual, with extensive networking contacts in the industry. You are primarily responsible for driving new business and building the agency's client base. In the past you have had past successes in leading and pitching integrated marketing campaigns whilst maintaining multiple account relationships and keeping a high level overview of various project statuses. Coming from a marketing agency background at a senior level, you are well versed in industry trends and are comfortable in developing strategic below the line (events and activation) initiatives across multiple channels that drive outcomes and meet client’s brief. Possess a strong client base in FMCG, automobile and financial institutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Develop integrated marketing campaigns
• Lead and develop below the line campaigns that are aligned to clients’ brief and ensure the elevation of quality and integration within the overall marketing campaigns.
• Campaign planning and design (integration of different event types including face-to-face events and virtual events)
• Content development and delivery
• Design of the end-to-end customer journey throughout an event experience
• Digital experiences (i.e. Virtual Events) and recommendations of technology platforms and social media
• Research into competitors and market trends
• Identification and evaluation of Third Party Event sponsorship opportunities
• Event and campaign measurement and analysis
• Audience generation plans

2. Business development
• Possess a strong client base in FMCG, automobile and financial institutions
• Develop client relationships with top level marketing managers
• Build business revenue by identifying new business opportunities
• Drive the creation of new business opportunities and income growth in collaboration with our regional offices
• Ensure that you are meeting targets which are inline in the overall business plan
• Produce and manage annual sales calendar
• Create wining sales proposition
• Utilizing the existing client base and working with the existing teams to develop marketing campaigns that are aligned with clients’ target
• Has established relationships with various print and broadcast media contacts

3. Project management
• Oversees and directs campaigns
• Efficiently and effectively plans and manages events (e.g., press conferences, media tours, analyst meetings, advocate briefings, etc.)
• Develops accurate project budgets and monitors them effectively

4. Initiative and general management
• Identification of new agency capabilities and services, along with helping to strengthen current capabilities
• Is familiar with, and supports achievement of, the company’s vision and exemplifies the company’s values
• Routinely contributes to agency growth and performance as project, team and agency leader
• Delegates effectively
• Routinely recommends and implements solutions when problems arise
• Assists peers in problem solving
• Uses talents of colleagues in own problem solving
• Routinely seeks and shares information with colleagues
• Participates actively in team, staff and client meetings
• Routinely invests in building agency and client accounts and resources
• Continually seeks new ways to learn, improve and contribute
• Exhibits a sense of curiosity about client work and seeks more information and knowledge in response

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS POSSESED:
• Strong writing and report preparation expertise
• Working experience within the Information Technology industry
• Presentation and/or Public speaking experience
• Project management of marketing communications tactics
• Acute financial understanding in preparing & managing budgets
• Computer skills – excel, word, PowerPoint
• People management and business development skills

• A minimum of 6 years experience in Sales, Business Development or B2B Marketing
