Responsibilities:

Candidates will be enrolled into a program to be exposed to various scopes of work including bank operation, loan management, and account management within the organization. The candidates will gain a breadth of experience and exposure related to the role of relationship manager in Corporate and Commercial Banking, for career and advancement.

Requirements:
The potential candidates should possess the following qualities:
· Undergraduate degree (S1) in any discipline, from reputable university with GPA of 3.0 and above. Master degree and overseas graduates would be an added value.
· Passionate to learn new things and seek for challenges
· Team player with drive, initiative and leadership qualities
· Easy going, adaptable, positive and highly motivated
· Strong interpersonal communication skill with good command of English (oral & written)
· Fresh graduates or candidates with one year experience are strongly encouraged to apply
