Responsibilities :
1. Assist with Coda’s regular settlement process with mobile operators, merchants and local partners, which includes:
a. Calculating and verifying amounts owed by mobile operator partners to Coda
b. Preparing detailed statements for mobile operator partners and supporting their finance teams as they reconcile our billing records with their own
c. Calculating and verifying amounts owed by Coda to our merchant partners
d. Preparing detailed statements for merchants and supporting their finance teams as they reconcile our settlement records with their own
2. Assist with the preparation of VAT, withholding, and corporate tax filings
3. Assist with the maintenance of Coda’s financial accounts, including payment of bills and generation of invoices
4. Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports
5. Occasional support for human resource and corporate compliance activity

Qualifications :
1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting
2. Tax Brevet A and B certificates is a plus
3. You’ll be engaging with our global management team and international customers and suppliers across Southeast Asia, so it’s important that your command of English be excellent
4. Experience in handling accounting with multi-currency transaction is a plus
5. Working knowledge of Mandarin is a must
