1. QUALITY CONTROL




MAIN FUNCTION:

                      
Reporting to the Technical Head, He/she will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the plants Quality Systems to ensure compliance to the company’s policy, food safety and governmental regulations.  Areas of focus will include the identification and achievement of a quality facility through appropriate corrective / preventive actions and continuous improvement initiatives.  This role will actively participate in all internal and external auditing activities and follow-up.  Futhermore, this role will act as support for GMP/HACCP functions, ISO or of new quality systems/programs across the facility.
 
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
A.   Reports directly to the Technical Head.
B.   Actively engaged support in planning, defining, and in directing the plant’s audit to ensure compliance to all procedures and policies, GMP/HACCP standards and other laboratory requirements.
C.  Monitors, maintain, and execute policies and procedures of the company which is related to production, GMP/HACCP and PPE requirements. 
D.  Ensures all specifications/GMP/HACCP plans are met and updated/approved as required.
E.   Support all internal and external inspections/regulatory visits.  Support audit preparation activities, accompany inspector, and complete necessary reports and postings.
F.   Perform follow-ups to non-conformances found and provide responses as appropriate.  Review minor change requests and ask approval from Technical Manager.
G.  Supports and follows proper plant safety policies and procedures.
H.  Facilitate Plant Sanitation and Cleanliness of Environment.
I.     Support Quality functions as may be directed by Technical Manager.
J.   Provide reports and records of daily activities.
K.   Attend meetings, planning and perform other duties as may required by the Technical Head or Management.
 
 

JOB SPECIFICATION / QUALIFICATIONS:

Gender / Age          :        Male, 23 to 30 years old.

Education               :        College Graduate – Chemistry or Food Tech Graduate
Experience              :       New Graduate, or at least 1 to 2 years experience preferred.
Technical Skills      :       Computer proficient, Knowlegeable in Microsoft Office, Working knowledge/experience in 
                                         GMP / HACCP.
Behavioral Skills    :       Detail Oriented, Hardworking, With Initiative, Willing to Learn, Flexible and Honest, Ability to work in a team oriented environment, must be able to work shifts, weekends and all required overtime.

2. PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR





MAIN FUNCTION:

                      

This position is responsible for the supervision and coordination of activities of the production workers in processing materials and manufacturing products.  He/she Train, Direct, Coach and Lead the production team in the day-to-day operations and assure that all procedures are followed in achieving the highest level of productivity in the most cost efficient manner possible while still maintaining the production, safety and quality requirements of the customer.  Make sure all reporting and record keeping requirements are met for his area of supervision.

 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

A.   Reports directly to the General Manager.

B.   Trains and provides an environment for the workers to achieve their maximum quality and productivity performance in their respective positions.

C.   Plans and schedules manpower, materials, product and machines and make sure that the production is running effectively and efficiently.

D.   Utilize departmental policies and procedures fairly and equitably to maintain standards established for safety, quality and overall product output.

E.   Ensures target in quality and deadlines for shipment are attained.

F.   Ensures all specifications/GMP/HACCP requirements are met.

G.  Communicates Safety, Quality, and Food Safety policies to the employees.  Ensures such policies are being applied by all employees in production.

H.   Manages employee performance, providing positive and/or corrective feedback.

I.     Investigates, in cooperation with other departments, areas of quality improvement, cost reduction, method improvement, yield control and equipment maintenance and usage and provides suggestions.

J.    Supports QC in Plant Sanitation and Cleanliness of Environment. Including use of complete PPE by the workers.

K.   Promotes safety throughout production area.

L.   Coordinates and make Job Orders for Maintenance to setup or repair machines, equipment and facilities.

M.  Provide reports and records of daily activities.

N.   Attend meetings, planning and perform other duties as may required by the Technical Head or Management.

 

JOB SPECIFICATION / QUALIFICATIONS:

 

Gender / Age          :        Male, 23 to 30 years old.

Education               :        College Graduate

Language                :        Bahasa Indonesia and can speak English (70% Proficiency)

Experience              :        At least 1 to 2 years’ experience preferred with previous leadership skills

                                          with 20 or more employees

Technical Skills      :        Computer proficient, Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, Working knowledge/experience in GMP / HACCP.
Behavioral Skills    :        Detail Oriented, Hardworking, With Initiative, Willing to Learn, Flexible and Honest, Ability to work in a team oriented environment, must be able to work shifts, weekends and all required overtime.
