I'm trying to install TeamViewer (but have had this problem with other applications) I can open the exe, select the initial options (personal use etc) but when i press the 'Accept - Finish' button, a message appears saying: "TeamViwer_.exe This file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action..." I've reset windows default app association, and i figure it can't be the exe association as the install exe ran fine to get to the options screen and other exe's to open apps do...
