Graphic Designer

We focus on IT development especially in Ruby on Rails technology for our engine which already handled many eS E N S O Rmerce throughout Italy and now, we are inviting those who are creative and have an out-of-box thinking to join our growing team.
We are fun and creative people learning by doing and connected by s simple drink (kopi). We do our best to help people and our clients in eS E N S O Rmerce business to grow them into the phase where they can sit and watch their money increasing time by time.
Graphic Designer
Responsibilities:
Web Designer- Designing wallsticker, t-shirt, poster, etc
- Interact with clients to understand design requirements
- Contribute of design ideas for various design works
- Male/Female max 28 years old
- Have a good skills in Photoshop, CorelDraw and other design tools
- Have a good eye and taste in design, creative and color composition
- Have online portfolios in themeforest or any other online platform
- Familiar in designing sticker, t-shirt, and web page
- Up-to-date with current design update and news
- Willing to be placed in Bandung
- Excellent or at least good in written & spoken English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
Responsibilities:
Ruby on Rails Developer- Create, modify, and maintain CSS and HTML pages
- Update and maintain website design
- Convert PSD to HTML
- Interact with users to understand requirements
- Contribute to documentation (instructional, pitch and technical specification)
- Male/Female, max 28 years old
- Good understanding in HTML5 and CSS3
- Familiar with JS is a plus
- Have a good eye and taste in design, creative and color composition
- Good overall knowledge of designing and building web media
- Able to convert PSD to HTML5 and CSS3
- Creative flair, originality and a strong visual sense
- Excellent or at least good in written & spoken English
- Available to work fulltime in Bandung
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and support various Ruby web applications
- Collaborate with other team members in application building and enhancements
- Perform product support and quality assurance tests and reviews
- Enhancing existing functionalities, repairing bugs, performance testing, and maintaining production codes and database
- Maintain and optimize web service components and performance
- Develop cutting edge web application
- Male/Female, max 28 years old
- Familiar with OOP
- Able to write program in Ruby on Rails
- Working experience with TDD and BDD is a plus
- Working experience with Ajax, XML, and Json is a plus
- Working experience with HTML5 and CSS3 is a plus
- Working experience with Linux is a plus
- Possess out-of-the-box logical and analytical thinking in making suggestion/recommendations
- Excellent or at least good in written & spoken English
- Available to work fulltime in Bandung
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
