A corpse of a man of about 25 to 30 years was found tied to a tree at the entrance to Rancho Los Padrecitos, located on the highway between Papantla and Gutiérrez Zamora in Veracruz, Mexico.

The victim’s body bore signs of torture, and his face was littered with multiple bullet wounds.
