PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
Responsible for researching, developing, and launching new products for the company. Responds to company initiatives by driving new products to meet customer’s needs.

REQUIREMENTS
1. Male/Female, 23–35 years old.
2. Diploma/Bachelor Degree in any major or Computer Science/Information Technology major
3. Minimum have 2 years in job related experience (IT Company).
4. Having the skills to operate a computer (MS Word, MS Excel & MS Power Point)
5. Have Excellence selling, negotiation and presentation skill (able to write reports & proposals)
6. Able to work under pressure and under minimum supervision.
7. Good communication (written and spoken) in Bahasa and English.
8. Have own vehicle.

JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Grow company revenues by developing new products.
2. Monitor and follow up project progress
3. Participate in creating, launching, or implementing new products.
4. Manage future and existing assigned products, set objectives and report on performance.
5. Generate products and services from inception to commercialization for customers.
6. Define products and programs.
7. Develop a personal strategy and sales pipeline to achieve sales target
8. Oversee development of advertising, public relations and all marketing communications to meet product objectives.
9. Ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
10. Conduct periodic product analysis and optimize as needed.
