Job Description
Manager / Senior Manager
• Oversee training operations
• Develop measures to incentivize drivers towards achieving certain quality standards
• Develop and manage execution of supply strategy
• Develop ways to increase driver earnings
• Manage operations, facilities and oversee processes
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders
JOB REQUIREMENTS
English Bahasa 3Y EXPERIENCE
• At least 2-3 years’ experience in management consulting from top tier firm with operations experience;
• Operations in related firms e.g. FMCG, transport, logistics, technology, startups
• Be able to work independently and make data-driven decisions
SALARY
40.000.000- 60.000.000 IDR
