MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (MT)

PT DAHANA (Persero) is a stated-owned company in engaging in the strategic industry, providing Manufacturing, Drilling Blasting and Integrated Explosives Services for Oil and Gas, General Mining, Quarry & Construction, and Defence Sectors.To achieve the company vision to be a leading national industry in the field of energetic materials by providing highly competitive and environmental-friendly goods and services.

Requirements:

1. Male/ Female

2. Maximum ages 30 year old

3. University Graduate with a Bachelor Degree :

Major in Mining Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering with minimum GPA 2.75 of 4.00 scale
Major in Management, Law and Accounting with minimum GPA 3.00 of 4.00 scale

4. Diploma degree Major in Accounting minimum GPA 3.00 of 4.00 scale

5. High Level of English proficiency and computer literacy

6. Strong leadership, dinamic, highly motivated and good communication skill

7. Willing to be placed in all over PT Dahana bussines office/ site project

8. Willing not to be marry in Management trainee program (9 month/ for those who is not marry yet)

The first decision you need to make is where your passion lies. Every year at Dahana (Persero) we hire exceptional graduates onto Dahana's Management Trainee Program based in different areas of our business

You will follow a 1 years comprehensive program that prepares high-performing talent, for becoming the future leaders of our business

The program will consist of 3 (three) phases where you need to show us that you share our values and have your own distinctive strengths and thats a standard you must meet
Orientasi Pengenalan Perusahaan
Full in-house training to expose trainees about Dahana and our principles, values and business conducts (1 week)
Probation
Early understanding value chain of our business according to candidat Major (3 months)
Management Trainee
Deeper exposure to end-to-end value chain of our business (9 months for bachelor, and 6 months for Diploma)
