Job Description:
1. Handling administration task [correspondence&filing document]
2. Handle incoming&outgoing call's
3. Arrange meeting schedule&take minutes meeting
4. And other admininistrative task

Requirements:
1. Min. Diploma(D3) with any background
2. Attractive, good looking and comunicative
3. Required language: English (active)
4. Able to operate computer equipment administrative office (MS Word,Excel,Power Point,Outlook,Etc.
5. Having min. 1 year experience in secretary (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
6. Have the ability to manage office administration
7. Quick learned & able to work multitasking
