A fashion retail Company, with its stores and eS E N S O Rmerce operations for mid-to-upper market, is inviting applications from experienced and dedicated professionals to fill in the following positions:

Web Programmer (Front-end Developer)
• Responsible designs, codes, tests, debugs and maintain for eS E N S O Rmerce site using technology Magento platform (Zen Framework)
• Deep knowledge and experience with front end web technologies: Javascript, CSS3, HTML5
• Experience debugging and optimizing web apps
• Experience building responsive web pages
• Experience building reusable JavaScript components
• Strong understanding for zen framework (eq: Magento platform)
• Able to create web design with photoshop application and change it into HMTL, CSS, Jquery
• Understanding of JSON
• Familiar with source version control tools like Git
• Having knowledge AWS (Amazon Web Services) are a plus
• Having knowledge in ubuntu operating system is a plus
• experience with RDBMS, SQL, MySQL, site analytics, SEO, reporting defined metrics, and preferably exposed in Magento platform
• able to operate admin CMS for daily basis eS E N S O Rmerce system operations
• able to efficiently and effectively analyze needs, create data entry procedures, manage data integrity, perform data analysis, define key metrics, assess and communicate impact, monitor system security, and continually develop systems for best practices
• understand the operational functions of the eS E N S O Rmerce site on (a) contents, (b) digital media, (c) social media links and updates, (d) art and visual communication including photograph-taking for merchandising contents e.g. add-on such as mix-and-match applications, (e) e-news, (f) interactive such as live chat, customers inquiry/feedback, (g) SEO performance and conversion ratio, etc.
• experienced in related field min. 3 years
• able to work under pressure individually or within a Team with professional and good attitude
• analytical, meticulous, creative, logical, and problem-solving
• conversant in English
