LUCIA is consulting and software company specialising in supply chain management based in Malaysia. As we embark on upgrading and enhancing our software suite, we're looking for smart, hardworking, and committed individuals to join our technical team in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia, as:

Application Developers

Your background:

• You love development and have good experience developing software and applications.
  
• You have great technical knowledge and want to work on something real and revolutionary.
  
• You're versatile and smart, and believe in using the right tool for the right job - be that PHP, Python, Ruby, Phonegap, or relational/non-relational database.
  
• You worry about quality and want your work to be something you can be proud of.
  
• You want to join and develop great team, share knowledge, learn and develop together.
  

The daily role:

• Work closely in a team along with functional and user experts to cover the full life cycle of software development and testing.
  
• Be responsible for design and development of the application, components, APIs and integration, and any other technologies needed.
  
• Tailor the right methodology and approach, select the right design patterns, and develop best practises in solving problems.
  
• Identify issues, collaborate, communicate, and navigate through the maze to look at options, technologies, and approaches in development.
  
• Talk to users, business experts, designers, learn about what it is you are building and understand what is supports, how it's used, and come up with ideas to make better products.
  

System Implementer

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform requirements gathering and analysis workshops with clients to define business process and requirements.
  
• Test related functionalities.
  
• Perform LUCIA-related implementation tasks, including system and operational training.
  
• Provide on-site post-implementation support.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT with min GPA 3.00.
  
• Extensive knowledge in Microsoft Office suite.
  
• Self-motivated and eager to assist in variety of functions.
  
• Fast learner, well organized, detail oriented, have good communication skill.
  
• Can take initiative when needed, and have strong willingness to learn. Can work individually or in a group.
  
• Able to travel overseas.
  

Assistant IT Project Manager

The Assistant IT Project Manager will work in support of the project management team, developing requirements and documentations, keeping track of deadlines and milestones, creating correspondence and documentation, as well as other administrative clerical duties.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist project manager in organizing various projects.
  
• Work with project manager to develop requirement documents, data analysis, and troubleshooting.
  
• Capture and report any issue to project manager.
  
• Assist the project manager in any other administrative tasks as necessary.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT with min GPA 3.00.
  
• Adaptable, can understand different business processes.
  
• Extensive knowledge in Microsoft Office suite.
  
• Self motivated and eager to assist in varieties of function.
  
• Fast learner, well organized, detail oriented, have good communication skill.
  
• Able to travel overseas.
