Responsibilities:
• Handling call from the customer and doing input the data to application
• Doing Outgoing call (coordination) with our client in abroad

Requirements:
• Excellent English & can operate computer well
• Diploma Degree (D3), Bachelor Degree (S1), (can be SMU/High School with Contact Center experience)
• Confident, enthusiastic individual with a polite telephone manner
• able to work in shifting time
