• Project / Senior Architect with a professional architect license
• Minimum 6 -8 years experience in Hotel design.
• Capable to develop the Concept Design of the Lead Designer
• Must be able to lead a small team independently through the Schematic Design and Design Development stage of a project.
• Must feel comfortable in a tight deadline oriented atmosphere.
• Computer proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator & MS Office.
• Rhino 3d or Sketchup modelling skills are an advantage.
• Must have team work attitude with good interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English (both oral and written).

Architectural Drafter

• Bachelor’s (S1) degree preferably in Architecture.
• Minimum 3 years experience working in an architectural practice.
• Computer proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator.
• Rhino 3d or Sketchup modelling skills are an advantage.
• Must feel comfortable in a tight deadline oriented atmosphere.
• Must have team work attitude with good interpersonal skills.
• English skills are required (both oral and written).

Graphic Designer

• D3 / Bachelor’s (S1) degree preferably in Graphic Design.
• Minimum 3 years experience in an architectural or graphic design practice.
• Computer proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, AutoCAD & MS Office
• Rhino 3d or Sketchup modelling skills are an advantage.
• Must feel comfortable in a tight deadline oriented atmosphere.
• Must have team work attitude with good interpersonal skills.
• English skills are required (both oral and written).

Architect

• Architect with a professional architect license
• Minimum 5 years experience working on Office / Hotel / Residential projects.
• Computer proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator & MS Office.
• Rhino 3d or Sketchup modelling skills are an advantage.
• Must feel comfortable in a tight deadline oriented atmosphere.
• Must have team work attitude with good interpersonal skills.
