Senior IT Consultants (with .NET Focus) – 5 positions

To work closely with PM and to assist PM in leading the team, especially from technical competencies, to effectively perform Application Development and Support / Maintenance activities, with deliverables that meet/exceed expectations in terms of adherence to requirements, quality, timeliness & completeness.

Job Accountability
• To lead the team to participate in end-to-end Application development and Support/Maintenance activities, including but not limited to:
• To lead the team in implementing continuous improvements, to ensure application stability & performance to minimize support calls & service disruption; strong beliefs, arranging/providing training, and enforcement of good application is a must
• To lead the team in maintaining application knowledge base
• To lead the team toward technological excellent by staying at the forefront of technological advancement& patterns to ensure skill-set relevance and ability to provide better quality deliverables; as leader, ought to inspire team to expand their horizons even in the absent of self-experience
• To demonstrate strong accountability for all the above mentioned activities and team’s products, with pride in providing timely and high quality deliverables; through this process, to earn team’s respect as a technical leader and role model.

Requirements
• Structured analytical thinking complimented with out-of-the-box lateral reasoning
• Able to work effectively with dynamic teams; a team player with strong self commitment, “can do” attitude.
• Well versed in Microsoft .NET platform (ASP.Net, MVC/MVVC, C#) and web technologies (JavaScript, DHTML, CSS, Flash)
• Working knowledge of Oracle and/or Microsoft SQL Server databases (SQL, Stored Procedures, query analysis and tuning)
• 5 years of professional coding experience with full SDLC exposure to deliver enterprise class applications
• Able to converse in Mandarin language an advantage
