Event organizer looking for 1 (one) Sales Team Leader in Jakarta.

ABOUT SOUNDBOX
Nightlife event organizer with portfolio comprising of international events and brand activations, clients including Jose Cuervo Tequila, Djarum MLD, LA Lights Menthol and many more.

We are currently expanding our team and we’re looking for fresh new faces to join our mobile sales team. You will work within a young, energetic and happy team who loves to go out and about in the nightlife business.

You will be leading a mobile sales team for our brand client, with 3 (three) or more Sales Promotion Girls / SPGs, to visit our brand client’s outlets, minimum 3 (three) outlets per night at least 3 (three) times a week.

Your job will involve sales visit territory planning, managing relationship with outlets prior and after sales team visit, recording sales during visit, maintaining SOP with the SPGs and making reports to the client after each visit.

WHAT WE SEEK IN YOU
PERSONALITY & CHARACTER
Aged between 23-28 years old
University diploma - fresh grads are welcome
Good & positive attitude, outgoing, communicative
Love clubbing, going out, partying, socializing and meeting new people
Don’t have a problem with going out at night
Independent and hardworker
Has own transport means (car or motorbike)

SKILLS
Can read, write & speak English with good grammar
Able to manage relationship with outlets
Able to lead and encourage SPGs
Able to keep up with SOP
Experience working in sales department is a plus
