1. Finance & Accounting Staff
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) in Economics/Accounting
- Max. age 30-year-old
- Min. 1 year work experience in a relevant position
- Have experience in handling payment, tax, budget, petty cash, and banking activities
- Understand Financial Procedures
- Able to make Financial Report
2. Finance & Accounting Senior Officer
Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor degree (S1) preferably in Accounting/Economics
- Max. age 35-year‐old
- Min. 3 years work experience in a relevant position
- Have good knowledge of accounting and financial reporting
3. Cost Controller Staff
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma Degree (D3) preferably in Accounting/Economics
- Max. age 30-year‐old
- Min. 1 year work experience in a relevant position
- Possess basic knowledge of accounting and financial reporting
4. Budget Staff
Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor Degree in Accounting
- Max. age 30-year‐old
- Min. 1 year work experience in a relevant position
- Have experience in handling payment, budget and petty cash
- Understand Financial Procedures
- Possess basic knowledge of accounting and financial reporting
5. Investment Staff
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma Degree (D3) preferably in Accounting/Economics/Business Administration
- Min. 1 year work experience in a relevant position
- Possess taxation and banking activities
- Possess a well knowledge of Accounting Journal and financial reporting
6 . Business Process & Policy Staff
Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor Degree in Accounting
- Max. age 30-year‐old
- Min. 1 year work experience in a relevant position
- Able to perform business process analyze and forming related policy
- Comprehend about Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
- Basic Microsoft Office; Excel, Word, Power Point and Microsoft Visio/Flowchart
7. Travel Management Staff
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma Degree (D3) or higher in any major
- Max. age 30-year‐old
- Min. 1 year work experience in a relevant position
- Possess basic knowledge of travel management
8. Procurement Specialist
Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor Degree in any major
- Max. age 35-year‐old
- Min. 3+ years experience in a relevant position
- Have good ability in procurement system and procedure
9. Software Developer
10. Software Analyst
Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor Degree in Computer Science
- Max. age 33-year‐old
- Have min. 2 years working experience as developer at any IS project
- Have advance database query skill & IS analysis skill
- Have basic logic programming tools & networking skills
- Have basic PC knowledge
General Requirements:
- Minimum GPA is 2.75 out of 4.00
- Self‐motivated but a Team Player at the same time
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Good analytical & conceptual thinking skills
- Computer proficiency and familiar with the Internet
- Good communication skills
