Vindictus (original from Mabinogi: Heroes Korea) merupakan game Dungeon Crawler - Hack n Slash yang dikembangkan oleh DevCat Studio. MMORPG ini pertama publikasi dengan nama Project Heroes, namun sekarang sudah secara resmi berganti menjadi Mabinogi Heroes (Korea) atau disebut juga Vindictus (North America). Vindictus menggunakan Source game engine seperti engine yang juga digunakan oleh game Half-Life 2 dan Counter Strike.

Gameplay
Vindictus merupakan game Dungeon Crawl – Hack n Slash, dimana player berperan sebagai seorang ‘hero’ yang ditugaskan untuk menyelesaikan berbagai macam quest dengan story content yang begitu menarik dan menyenangkan untuk ditelusuri.
Bagi kalian yang sudah pernah bermain game seperti Dragon Nest pasti sudah tidak asing dengan gameplay Vindictus.

Characters
Vindictus memiliki beragam class yang bisa dipilih oleh player berdasarkan selera pribadi, namun dalam game ini berlaku system 'gender lock' yang membatasi player untuk mengganti jenis kelamin dari class yang sudah ada, oleh karena itu dalam game ini class tersebut lebih disebut sebagai character, mereka pun memiliki nama masing-masing.

- Lann
Spoiler for more info:Lann (Lethita in the Korean version) hails from the northwest. He left his hometown when it was destroyed by Fomors and came to Colhen to join the Crimson Blade mercenaries. He is known for his ferocity in battle dual-wielding swords and spears. His attacks are quick and leave his enemies breathless because of his non-stop whirlwind of slashes.

Spoiler for more info:Fiona is a balanced warrior who wields a sword and a shield. She values defense, so she uses her shield to protect herself during combat and then strikes strategically when enemies aren't expecting it. She is able to wear heavy armor from the start and later learns to wear plate armor as well. Gearing a Fiona for end game requires light armour (to use the best scrolls).Spoiler for galery:

Spoiler for more info:Evie is a magic caster who wields a staff or a battle scythe. With a staff, she is capable of casting a wide variety of distance spells in order to keep enemies at bay - ranging from Ice Spear that can freeze bosses to Healing Corona which restores her allies health; While on the other hand, Evie equipped with a battle scythe is capable of dealing massive direct physical damage from mid to close range, but in contrast loses much of her spellcasting ability.Spoiler for galery:

Spoiler for more info:Karok hails from the Herdlands, a mysterious plain far to the south of Colhen and Rocheste. Only fragments of legends come from that part of the world, tales of a mysterious race of nomadic giants slow to anger yet terrible when their ire is raised. Indeed, prior to his arrival, many “sophisticated” northerners scoffed at tales of giants.

Spoiler for more info:Kai is a brilliant archer driven by strong morals and a troubled past. When others would retreat, Kai rushes head-on into battle, flinging arrows with the ferocity of a madman. Spoiler for more info:Vella is the sixth playable character released in the game. She is able to dual wield the same Twin Swords as Lann, but has a very different play style. While Lann is a more offensively focused character, Vella has both offensive and defensive perks resulting in her increased survivability as well as her area of effect attacks that can be rapidly chained together along with her ability to counter-attack.Spoiler for galery:

Spoiler for more info:Hurk, a mysterious new mercenary, may look like a handsome young adventurer, but he hides a dark secret. He's often found in the shadowy corners of inns, brooding over a mug of ale. Spoiler for more info:A headstrong battle witch adept in both blades and spells. Her history is unknown. She wields her eponymous Spellsword in her right hand, while using a magical Focus in her left to cast spells. This combination makes her extremely versatile, but difficult to control. Recommended for players who have action game experience.

A magician adept in manipulating phantom energy. He left his old world to escape a turbulent past. He controls a swarm of Phantom Daggers that allows him to switch between melee and ranged combat on the fly. He also wields phantom magic to attack enemies and support allies.

Delia is a high risk, high reward physical melee character. She dances around the battlefield with grace and elegance while delivering slow, but devastating blows to crush all enemies.

Miri uses the Dragonspine, a polearm of massive size attached to a chain. This weapon is ideal for swinging around in large, sweeping strikes, while also serving as a potent defensive tool. Miri fights best in the thick of the melee, surrounded by enemies that will quickly realize what happens to moths that fly too close to the flame.

Enchant Scrolls are given a rank from F-8, as a general rule, the more desirable an enchant scrolls effect, and the higher its rank, the more difficult it is to find, this can be displayed by the dropping of lower ranked enchant scrolls in normal and hard difficulty modes, and the much lower drop rate of rank 9 enchants even in hero mode. Enchant scrolls may be for a specific item type, or a range of types. Enchant Scrolls expire after 7 days, and can only currently be traded through the mail system.

Character customization is one of the key attributes in Vindictus. Players are given variety of choices to customize their character. Hair style, hair color, skin color, eye color, shape of eyebrow, mustache, painting, tattoo, scar, skin polish and even the colour of the underwear are not the only options to choose from! Nexon has an upgraded character customization available through cash shop, but even without it you can have a totally unique character. Characters are gender bound because they are based on the Mabinogi story/lore
