Working with us, your role as Admin Assistant will need you to demonstrate a "can do" attitude, be proactive, independent, flexible and adaptable. You will be performing any of the clerical and administrative tasks that need doing in the office.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Support managers and colleagues
• Manage correspondence and faxes
• Maintain filing systems
• Data entry
• Write meeting minutes
• Greet and assist guests
• Schedule appointments and travel arrangements
• Monitor timesheets
• Assist Office Manager to mentoring and support to administration team members
• Assist Admin Manager in Design, implement, monitor and improve systems and processes
• Ensure processes, tools and standards are well designed, efficient and simple to use
• Assist in HR role - Employee Relations; managing absence, disciplinary, grievance, sickness, etc
• Recruitment & retention; managing talent and succession planning; taking overall responsibility for recruitment activity and campaigns
• Perform Inventory and Stock control for Office supplies, kitchen supplies etc. and arrange for purchasing.
• Company Petty Cash Handle
• Other duties as assigned

• Good written and spoken English
• Great organization and time management skills
• Superior IT skills, especially Word and Excel

• Able to demonstrate initiative; learn and think quickly

• Basic accounting knowledge is appropriate

Salary & Benefits:
2,000,000 IDR per month (Negotiable) and Free lunch.
