We are Phillips 66 Lubricants Indonesia and we are currently hiring Logistic / Supply Admin.

Responsibilities:

• Provide marketing & sales administrative support
  
• Coordinate marketing & sales project activities
  
• Maintain & Update variety of admin & project related records
  
• Ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely delivery
  
• Prepare Shipping documents per incoterm
  
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
  

Requirements:

• Female, max age 30
  
• D3/S1 in Business Administration or related field
  
• Able to work in team and eager to learn.
  
• Preferably with 2 years of administrative / supply chain based work experience
  
• Proficient with MS Office skills
  
• Good communication and computer skills
  
• English proficiency and to start work immediately will be an advantages
