IT ENGINEER (CODE : ITE-201403)

Job Responsibilites :
- First level support to customer
- Implementing solution to customer
- Manage switch, router and access point and installation in customer site
- Troubleshooting PC/Laptop, Printer and Network to customer
- Standby on call on weekend
- Weekly and Monthly Reporting to Supervisor

Job Quaification :
- Male/Female, age maximum 30 years old
- Fresh graduate are welcome
- Good communication skills & team work
- Have basic knowledge in Network & System Infrastructure
- Knowing MikroTik or Cisco would be a plus point
- Strong knowlegde on Windows Operating System
- Associate level certification (example : MTCNA/CCNA) would be a good advantage
- Having good communication and interpersonal and skill
- Passionate with information technology field and love challenge
- Good communication in English both oral and written

Job Responsibilites :
- Second level support to customer
- Design, implementing, giving solution to customer, working side-by-side with project manager
- Doing Presentation to Customer
- Standby on call on weekend
- Assiging task and managing IT Engineer
- Weekly and Monthly Reporting to Supervisor

Job Quaification :
- Male/Female, age maximum 35 years old
- 1 to 2 years working experience in same field
- Good communication skills & team work
- Have good knowledge in Networking & System Infrastructure
- Experienced MikroTik or Cisco
- Strong knowlegde on Windows Server (AD, DHCP, Remote Desktop Services, Hyper-V) would be a plus point
- Strong knowlegde on Linux Server (bind, apache, mysql, qemu/kvm) would be a plus point
- Having knowlegde on web programming (HTML, PHP, Python) would be a good advantage
- Professional level certification (example : MTCRE/CCNP) would be a good advantage
- Having good communication and interpersonal and skill
- Passionate with information technology field and love challenge
- Good communication in English both oral and written
