Profile of Activation Marketing Manager


Organization Function:
• Reports to Marketing Manager

Responsibility/Job Description:
• Responsible to manage whole Marketing Activation Channel (Community, Canvassing, Partnership, etc) to achieve ultimate result and ensure tracking, monitoring and evaluation is in place
• Working with agency, vendors or 3rd party related to manage activation channel; negotiation to establish networks and distribution channel.
• Initiate research studies on the channel selection and provide recommendation for best channel distribution.
• Responsible for activation channel target & achievement.
• Responsible for balance of program’s objective and cost.
• Working with cross functional teams and ensure units are well aligned with other department.
• Responsible for hiring, training and team performance evaluation, including oversee team daily activities.

Requirements:
• Bachelor degree from a reputable university
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in the position of managing Marketing Activation Channel (Community, Canvassing, Partnership, etc) in fast moving company
• Total job experience of at least 7 years, demonstrating strong leadership & managerial thinking
• Experienced in wide range of Marketing Activation Channel (Community, Canvassing, Partnership, etc), solid capability in tracking and monitoring the program
• Solid experience in dealing & negotiation with agency and other 3rd party related
• Good understanding of technology, including internet services, 'power user' of internet
• Multitasking job - high volumes of actions to perform
• Initiative, pro-active approach
• Able to work hard, even under time pressure
• Fast learner, detail-minded, consistent and very focused on quality.
• Used to work in fast-growing environment
• Strong motivation and passion to work in Tokobagus
• Able to work and communicate well with non-Indonesian management
• Strong English language skills (writing and speaking)
• Native Indonesian language skills (perfect command in writing and speaking)
