• Develop digital marketing strategy within MDI using the most current trend of technology. This may include: Website, SEO, google adwords, email marketing, e-newsletter, facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, instagram, blogging, forum and mailing list participations, etc.
  
• Execute digital marketing activities based on the predefined digital marketing strategy.
  
• Update MDI’s website with the latest information, photos, and other materials.
  
• Ensure that MDI’s website is searchable and have a good SEO strategy.
  
• Support the conventional marketing campaign in the form of brochure creation, print advertisement, graphic content of proposals, MDINews, etc.
  
• Support the creation of monthly MDINews printed magazine.
  
• Liaise and support other marketing personnel and board of directors to promote upcoming training events in the online world
  
• Develop and maintain a company wide graphic material template that can be used throughout the company (Website, emails, proposal, materials, etc)
  
• Track and report the effectiveness of digital marketing activities and provide suggestions to improve. The report must contain information from SEO tools, SERP rankings, website statistics and other real data to support claims.
  

Qualifications

• 22-35 years old
  
• Minimum education S1 in graphic design, or computer/technology.
  
• Experience in developing and executing digital marketing strategy and activities
  
• Must have experience with SEO tools, google adwords, SERP, key words selection, header tag, etc.
  
• Proficiency in written and spoken English is a MUST
  
• Interested and proficient with the latest online and technology developments including website, emails, and social media channels.
