Responsibilities:
Ensure effective and accurate activities related to revenue control
2. Finance Staff
Responsibilities:
To handle various financial transactions to support Bina Nusantara University operational activities
Requirements (1 - 2):
- Min. Diploma 3 Degree or higher in Accounting/Economics
- Max. age 30 year‐old
- Have min. 1 year work experience in a relevant position
- Good understanding in taxation and banking activities
- Possess basic knowledge of accounting and financial reporting
3. Internal Audit Officer
Responsibilities:
- Prepare all material needed in internal audit process
- Ensure timely completion in implementing internal audit work program
- Prepare and conduct internal audit activity in the assigned area(s)
Requirements: (3):
- Min. Bachelor Degree in Accounting
- Max. age 33 year‐old
- Have min. 2 years work experience in a relevant position or field
- Have working experience in Public Accounting Firm (KAP)
- Understand audit & investigation techniques
- Able to prepare systematic audit report
4. Budget Staff
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the effectiveness and accuracy of the budget activities in all Business Unit/Division
- Receive the requested budget from all Business Unit/Division and verify with the approved budget
- Update the budget status of all Business Unit
- Assist in preparing the actual and approved budget equation report for all Business Unit/Division
5. Business Process & Policy Staff
Responsibilities:
- Perform tasks and coordinate forming policy and procedure, especially in related with finance
- Build strong and effective cooperation which support the overall objectives of the department
- Ensure excellent operational process and service for all stakeholders
Requirements (4 - 5):
- Min. Bachelor Degree in Accounting (4-5)
- Max. age 30 years‐old (4-5)
- Have min. 1 year work experience in a relevant position (4-5)
- Have experience in handling payment, budget and petty cash (4)
- Understand Financial Procedures (4)
- Possess basic knowledge of accounting and financial reporting (4)
- Able to perform Business Process analyze and forming related policy (5)
- Comprehend about Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) (5)
- Basic Microsoft Office; Excel, Word, Power Point and Microsoft Visio/Flowchart (5)
6. Senior Software Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Maintain information system application overall quality and performance
- Build strong and effective cooperation which support the overall objectives of the department
- Ensure excellent operational process and service for all stakeholders
Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor Degree in Computer Studies
- Max. age 35 year‐old
- Have min. 3 years working experience as developer at any IS project
- Have basic logic programming tools
- Have advance database query skills
- Have basic networking skills
- Have basic PC knowledge
- Have advance IS analysis
7. Software Developer
Responsibilities:
- Develop application program code in any information system project
- Build strong and effective cooperation which support the overall objectives of the department
- Ensure excellent operational process and service for all stakeholders
- Conduct any improvement initiatives, either in his/her scope of work as well as in departmental level
Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor Degree in Computer Studies
- Max. age 33 year‐old
- Have min. 2 years working experience as developer at any IS project
- Have basic logic programming
- Have basic database query skills
- Have basic networking skills
- Have basic operating system skills
- Have basic PC knowledge
