Restaurant General Manager
The role of a restaurant general manager is to oversee the running of a restaurant and to make sure that it is operating at a profit. The manager is ultimately responsible for all the activities that go on inside the restaurant, including the hiring of suitable chefs and waiting staff.
1. Male / Female
2. Graduated from hotel management will be preferred
3. Good verbal and written communication skills; is capable of communicating effectively with customers and co-workers
4. Min. 2 years experienced in the same position (preferably restaurant experience)
5. Have a strong leadership and good at Restaurant Management
