Azerbaijan makes another purchase from Russia

94 T-90S (option for another 94), 100 BMP-3, 18 Smerch, 18 Msta-S, 18 2S31 Vena, 6 TOS-1A. Total amount of the contract is $1 billion.
In the same article it also mentions that Azerbaijan has purchased several batteries of Tor-2ME aswell in a separate deal.

The arms deals between Russia and Azerbaijan for the last 2-3 years stands at $4 billion (other deals include S-300PMU2, 24 Mi-35M, 60 Mi-17 etc.)
