apparently BMPT was also gonna be included in the contract but Russia refused to sell it

Azerbaijan will demonstrate these tanks purchased from Russia for the first time in the military parade.
Sophisticated T-72 SIM “Aslan” tanks of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces were demonstrated for the first time in the military parade in 2011.
