Responsibilities:
Assisting in all areas relating to the development, planning and smooth running of all marketing/sales events, functions, and programs. The role is directly accountable for cost efficiency, budgeting, pre event briefing, and high-quality events.

Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Event Management, Hotel, Tourism, Marketing, Management or related disciplines
• Minimum of 2 years working experience in Event Management nationally and internationally
• High level of traveling

Key Criteria:
• Fluent in English both oral and written
• Knowledgeable in budgeting and cost efficiency
• Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills
• Strong administration skills
• Good relationship with travel agents and hotel representatives
• Diligent individual capable to work under pressure from deadlines and changes
