1. Design Engineer Senior
QUALIFICATIONS
• Educated to HND standard or equivalent in an appropriate related engineering or technical discipline;
• Have good writing and communication skills and be computer literate;
• A minimum of 5 years relevant experience in the oil & gas industry
• Extensive working knowledge of AutoCad Inventor design tool (Essential)
• Man-Management experience/Supervisory Experience (Essential)
• Experience of supplier liaison and manufacturing disciplines

2. PDMS Senior
QUALIFICATIONS
• 3D PDS heavy experience min 10 years
• Thorough knowledge of good design practices, and industry standards (i.e. IEC, NEC, NFPA, NEMA, IEEE, OSHA, etc)
• Understand interdiscipline coordination requirements with various disciplines, to collaborate on deign in designated areas.
• Experienced in the review of vendor drawings and other discipline's documents, and remark accordingly.
• The ability to generate calculations to use as a basis for design.
• Sound knowledge of design and drafting techniques, engineering drawings, graphic arts, reading of drawings, and reproduction methods used by the discipline.
• Knowledge of how to develop all of the standard deliverables within the Electrical discipline.
• Good knowledge of electrical physical design for cable tray systems, lighting, grounding, hazardous area classifications and underground ductbank and trenching systems.
• Skilled with the use of Word, Excel, Access, etc.
• Skill in reading, interpreting and using vendor prints and drawings prepared by other project groups.
• Knowledge of mathematical formulae, design calculations and computer application used in the discipline.
• Skill in directing the technical work of less experienced designers and/or drafters.

3. Drafter Senior
QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum one (1) computer graphics software experience producing layouts, detail drawings and assembly drawings.
• Ability to get along with others
• Working knowledge of ANSUY14.5 dimensional and tolerance standards.
• PRO-E or Solidworks\Inventor
• Computer literate
• Ability to produce isometric exploded view parts drawings


4. Recuitment Specialist
QUALIFICATIONS
• Maintain an updated roster of participant placements and potential job opportunities.
• Responsible for effective and fast recruitment processes both internally and externally.
• Responsible for providing current recruitment knowledge and trends within the market overall and also for multinationals.
• Active use of recruitment tools: job flow – hire system ….
• Work closely with assigned business’ HRMs to deliver recruitment needs.
• Suggest proper medias for approaching the right caliber candidates.
• Follow up and coordinate with recruitment channels.
• Execute pre-screening and/or final phone/face to face interviews for junior & mid
level posts & supports all parties in concern with assessment.
• Submit candidates offers and follow up on software until placing.
• Coordinate with universities, events in relation to targeted hires …..
• Proactive coordination with departments for interviews.
• Supervise & interact closely with staffing coordinator in charge of assigned hires
as well as continuous follow up with on-boarding.
• Support HRMs with weekly update on recruitment progress.
• Report weekly and when required to recruitment & staffing regional management
for progress update and further instructions.
• Update and deliver weekly metrics for assigned hires.
• Undertake further responsibilities that may evolve in the future.


5. HR Manager
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor degree required or equilalive oilfield experience
• Previous HR experience in oil and gas environment
• Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities with effective resolution of conflicting priorities
• Proven analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities are required with extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Demonstrated leadership qualities and ability to build effective business relationships
• Ability to successfully drive initiatives in a matrix environment and work at all levels of the organization
• Outstanding communication, teaming and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work at a strategic level and also is able to execute on day - to - day operational matters
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, ability to drive rigor and process
