The Lamborghini span out, Giorgio Bartocci, the driver lost control and crashed the car into the track wall, the Lamborghini explodes upon impact and slides as a fiery wreck into the middle of the straight.

The firemen and officials try to put out the wild fire and save the driver inside. The flames are too hot and the car too badly wrecked to open the doors, so they hasten to put the fire out. someone finally manages to open the doors and free Giorgio. Giorgio survied this ordeal with a few broken bones and second-degree burns.
