A trader was killed. Three bullets caught him at the safety of his home.

Neighbors said they heard three explosions, coming out of the house of the merchant, in Groceries Raymundo of Jesus. They noticed that several men came out of the house, walking down the main street of the colony Villa del Sol, the canton Acaxmán.

Later Lozada Mrs. Hilda Rodriguez, who entered the home, asked immediately for help. Her husband was lying dead in a pool of blood in their home.

Neighbors called 066 emergency services to request the presence of the Municipal Police, Ministerial Specialized Preventive State Border and for verifying the facts. In turn they sought the intervention to the representative office of the Attorney General's Akishino State Boulevard.

Minutes later, arrived at the Expert Service team at the scene. They had noticed a Toyota truck Estaquitas type, red with license plates DA 96,932 Chiapas state, in the backyard of a house.

In the room was a double bed and beside the lifeless body of the male person, kneeling with his head in the pool of blood.

A careful review of the place, brought the find of three shell casings from 9 mm and a warhead. The body itself had three bullet holes, two in its head and one in the left shoulder blade.

Once the prosecutor terminated the initial proceedings, they asked the expert services for personnel lifting and transportation of the body to the Medical Examiner's Pantheon Garden where the autopsy will be practiced.

Before the Public Ministry was present Mrs. Hilda Rodriguez Lozada, was called, in order to identify the body of her husband Raymond of Jesus Garcia, 35-years-old. An ex officio grocery merchant, who said her husband had no enemies and that he was out all day to work on board of his truck. He was carrying the groceries that sold in the cantons, suburbs and settlements.
