GENERAL ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT
Requirements:
• Female, max. 35 years old
• Candidates must possess a Degree/ Diploma from a reputable university in Administration
• Have at least 1 year of administrative experience
• Fluent in English (oral/written) and good communication skill
• Computer literate (MS Office and internet)
• Honest, organised and detail oriented
• Able to work underpressure to meet deadlines
• Have an interest in purchasing
Responsibility:
• Provides office services by implementing administrative systems, procedures, and policies, and monitoring administrative projects.
• Responsible for the processing of the daily operations and documentations of invoices, paperwork, and transactions.
• Maintains workflow by studying methods; implementing cost reductions; and developing reporting procedures.
• Resolves administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions.
• Provides information by answering questions and requests.
Benefit :
