• Max. 35 years old, Min. Bachelor from Psychology/Human Resource Management/Law;
• Min. of 5 years’ working experiences in property and hospitality companies in a supervisory/managerial capacity;
• Experience in recruitment & placement, assessment & development, performance appraisal, compensation & benefits, HRIS, Indonesian labor law & regulation, industrial & employee relation;
• Experience in setting HR system & procedure is preferable;
• Strong leadership
SALES & MARKETING MANAGER
• Max. 35 years old, Min. Bachelor in any major;
• Min. 3 years’ working experience as Sales & Marketing Manager from reputable Hotel;
• Familiar with Jakarta business market for the Hotel;
• Good database for potential local business clients;
• Target oriented, Customer oriented, Strong leadership
