A newly incorporated consulting firm in West Jakarta is looking for a Sales/Marketing Executive. The firm has 4 divisions: recruitment-assessment services, training services, organization development (HR) consulting services, and talent management services.

Position and Role Description:

1. The incumbent will works for Head of Business Development, under the Principal. This role will be accountable on:
   
2. Creating brand awareness
   
3. Door opener to potential clients
   
4. Developing prospective client list
   
5. Generating service contract (long-term and short-term)
   
6. Maintain good client relation
   

Suitable qualification for this role would be you who has:

• Having concern of people development and preferably HR processes
  
• Passion in marketing and selling services
  
• Strong drive of achievement
  
• Good interpersonal relation skill
  
• Preferably: good command of English, Sarjana degree (any major), has 1 year of working experience, preferably in HR field.
