THE ROLE

As part of the Global Fulfilment team, your main responsibility will be to provide order fulfilment and administrative support to our clients and our Client Services team. This will mainly involve the registration and administration of our customer's domain names through dealing directly with our suppliers, and the timely and accurate maintenance of our internal systems and process documentation.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES

Order Submission and Closure

• When all requirements for an order are met the Fulfillment Analyst will submit the request to the designated supplier via email, web, fax or hard copy, as deemed appropriate. Accuracy and attention to detail are of the utmost importance. Once an order is submitted, the Fulfillment Analyst will proactively follow up and monitor all pending requests for successful completion
  
• All throughout the order process, the Fulfillment Analyst will ensure that our internal systems are updated on a timely basis reflecting the accurate status of the order.
  
• Fulfillment Analysts are fully responsible for the completion of an order or the projects assigned to them. When required, they are expected to proactively problem solve and search for alternative methods to help successfully complete a client's request.
  

Project Management

• Efficiently manage your time and order portfolio in order to ensure you can meet your daily & weekly targets
  
• Occasionally you be required to partake and contribute in interdepartmental projects aimed at to improving our processes and efficiency.
  

Quality Process Oriented focus

• All tasks undertaken are to be carried out adhering to DotCom Indonesia DBS' internal processes
  
• As a Fulfillment Analyst you will also be responsible for ensuring and contributing towards the accuracy of our internal process documentation
  
• On occasions you may be required to perform data auditing exercises in order to ensure the accuracy of our internal systems
  

Relationship building

• As a Fulfillment Analyst you will be required to build and maintain strong relationships with your peers, managers, and Client Services teams, with the objective of creating a healthy working environment
  
• You will also be required to build and develop a strong relationship with our various suppliers in order to efficiently provision our client's orders and problem solve situations which may lie outside our standard operating procedures. This also includes liaising with our suppliers in order to systematically improve our interactions, processes and relationship, all to the benefit of DBS' clients.
  

Role Challenges and Special Working Conditions

• Given our global client base, you may be required to work during national holidays, after hours, weekends and/or on a rotational/shift basis

• Minimum 1-2 years experience in Order Fulfilment/Operations, order entry, customer service or administration roles
