Jakarta-Based Creative Services Firm Seeking Sales Ninja and Client Wrangler
We're Percolate Creative, a Jakarta-based, internationally-owned, full-service creative firm and we're currently recruiting for an experienced sales ninja and client wrangler. What does that mean? We're looking for a brilliant young thing with a year (or more) of sales, account management, and/or marketing experience.

The job details are as follows:
The successful candidate will receive a three month trial contract. During that period, he or she will be required to meet predetermined sales goals. Once the probationary period has passed, the candidate will be brought on as a full-time employee; wealth, fame, and helicopter commuting to follow.

One final note: For the most part, this job will be a telecommute position. That means you will make your own schedule and work from home. However, you will need to come into the office for staffing meetings two to three times per week. Our office is located in Pantai Indah Kapuk, Jakarta Utara -- so you'll need to be able to make it up here at least a few times per week.

Successful candidates will be:
- Web-Savvy | We live online and we're selling the internet. You have to live it, love it, and believe in it if you're gonna sell it.
- Fearless | We need you to have have the gumption to walk into a business and walk out with a contract.
- Charmingly Confident | People should want to listen to what you're saying and buy what you're selling.
- Self-Motivated | We aren't interested in baby-sitting anyone. We need to know that you're going to do your job with minimal oversight.
- Effortlessly Funny | Okay, it doesn't have to be effortless. But you should be funny. (And you need a good sense of humor if you're going to work with us.)
- Fluent in English and Indonesian | As an international team, we speak English in the office. You'll need to speak Indonesian on sales calls, though. Please be fearless, charmingly confident, and effortlessly funny in both languages.
Bonus points if:
- you have an established list of contacts and a network of business associates.
- you have experience at a creative services agency.
- you have a background (or strong interest) in the creative industries, including art, design, photography, music, literature, etc...

The job details are as follows:
- A starting salary of Rp. 2.000.000,- to Rp. 3.000.000,- per month, depending on background and experience.
- A Rp. 300.000,- per month communication stipend. (To cover BlackBerry service, internet, etc...)
- Ten percent (10%) commission on all sales.
- A five-day, 40 hour work week. Work days and times are flexible, given the nature of the position. (NB: We are open to working around school schedules for college students.)
- All national holidays and your birthday as paid days off.
- Twelve days of paid sick leave per year -- and if you don't use 'em, we cash you out at the end of each year.
- Ten days of paid leave per year -- and if you don't use 'em, we cash you out at the end of each year.
- An annual bonus (THR) equal to one month's salary paid at the completion of each 12 months of employment OR at the major holiday of your choice. (Pro-rated for the first 12 months of service.)
- Annual performance and cost-of-living based raises.
