Sese Skyline Trading Rules



1. Transaction Volume
Starting form 0.01 – 10 lots.

2. Deposit & Withdrawal
Deposit 24 hours a day (5 day works).
Withdrawal 08.30 – 15.00 everyday (5 day works).
Deposit & Withdrawal 59 minutes after email/BBM confirmation has been accepted.

3. Deposit & Withdrawal Against Money Laundering
Deposit & Withdrawal is absolutely in single name between Meta and bank account.
Deposit in different name with Meta is PROHIBITED and every deposit is retransferring to the sender in 7 day works with 10% penalties.
Withdrawal in different name with Meta is PROHIBITED and it’s only transferring to the registered bank account as name as open an account.
Investor can change their bank account but can’t change theirs name.

4. Deposit Bonus
Deposit bonus occurring for every deposit transaction.
Deposit bonus is 30 % from your deposit transaction.
Deposit bonus will be forfeited in any withdrawal case.

5. Platform Trading
Platform trading is Meta Trader version 4 ( Meta 4 ) compatible with OS Windows, Android, iPad, iPhone and Windows Mobile (PDA).

6. Swap
No swap in all SESE SKYLINE account.

7. Spread
Spread is applicable based on system.
Spread measurements is depend on their pair trading.
Forex 3, Indexes 5, Metal 0.5.
Fixed spread.

8. Fee
No fee in all SESE SKYLINE accounts.
Especially Group 515 with their unique offering with 0 Spread and 3 Pips Spread.

9. Product
Forex : EUR/USD, GBP/USD, AUD/USD, NZD/USD, USD/CHF, USD/JPY, EUR/JPY, GBP/JPY.
Indexes :Hangseng, Nikkei & Kospi.
Metal : Gold & Silver.

10. Leverage
Single Leverage (1 : 100) in all SESE SKYLINE accounts.

11. Margin Ratio
Margin requirement is an investor obligation for trading also overnight.
Position with minus balance is till 18.00 will be liquidated by system.
Position with less Margin Requirement till 18.00 will be liquidated by system.
Position Margin Requirement for overnight but still use for trading another pair will be suspended and liquidated by system.

12. Transfer Position
SESE SKYLINE is providing transfer position from another broker to SESE SKYLINE.
Transfer position is exactly same with before.
Transfer position period is 1 X 24 hours.
Transfer position FEE is 10% from their original Deposit.

13. Switching Lock Position
SESE SKYLINE is providing switching lock position from another broker to SESE SKYLINE.
Switching lock position is reversal with before (in previous broker locking loss, Switching lock position to SESE SKYLINE become locking profit).
Switching lock position period is 1 X 24 hours.
Switching lock position FEE is 20% from their original Deposit.

14. Pending Order, Stop Loss and Take Profit
Pending Order, Stop Loss and Take Profit should be attached by investor.
Pending Order, Stop Loss dan Take Profit will be cleaned for each period (Asian index daily, forex and commodities weekly).
Pending Order, Stop Loss, Take Profit, attachment and execution is an investor responsibility.

15. Scalping
Scalping is NOT allowed.
Scalping poin is allowed, time scalping is prohibited.
Every transaction which new and liquid position less under 5.5 minutes will be void.

16. Expert Advisor dan Robot
Expert Advisor and Robot is NOT allowed.

17. Force Majeure
Investor will relieve SESE SKYLINE from any striving, pursuit and responsibility in case SESE SKYLINE cant do instruction from investor in partial or full based on genesis accident or any case outside the jurisdiction or capability SESE SKYLINE, including unlimited in natural disaster, war, chaotic, imperfect hardware, system, transmission, busy or jam or temporary server shutdown, electrical problem, communication disturbance, government policies, also any other case and cause outside the jurisdiction or capability SESE SKYLINE.

18. Return of Investment (ROI) dan Fixed Income
Return of Investment (ROI) is different on each investor.
Return of Investment (ROI) depends on trading affectivity by their own.
Fixed Income in Sese Skyline is not exist.
Fixed income with the name of SESE SKYLINE by everyone or every corporate is not affiliated with SESE SKYLINE.
SESE SKYLINE never gives any agreement (especially written agreement) in Fixed Income and High Yield Return of Investment (HYIP) case.

19. PAMM
PAMM with the name of SESE SKYLINE by everyone or every corporate is not affiliated with SESE SKYLINE.
SESE SKYLINE never gives any agreement (especially written agreement) in PAMM case by everyone or every corporate with the name of SESE SKYLINE.

20. Force majeure
Every position when in war, rush, public chaotic and disaster that strictly influenced on that country including boom quote by system and also server down or jam will be void and the losses is recalculated by system.

21. Trading Rules Effective Time
Trading Rules Effective Time is starting from 27 September 2013.

22. Additional Rules
Everything outside the trading rules is not means can be done.
Every interpretation is allowed and based on law jurisdiction in generally and SESE SKYLINE rules in specifically.
