Sales / Marketing Manager


Who we are:
We are a project-based IT services company, headquartered in Jakarta and Singapore, with a large focus on venture development in South-East Asia. Our first project is a joint venture with Celebes Capital ([url]www.celebes-capital.com[/url]), one of the biggest micro-finance companies in Indonesia, to develop a new sustainable business solution in the micro-finance area.

What we need and what we offer:
We are currently recruiting for a full-time Marketing and Sales Manager who coordinates the nationwide Sales network of our associated partners, providing them and stakeholders with necessary information about our project. We therefore require an individual with entrepreneurial spirit, high motivation, excellent communication, writing and networking skills. Tasks and Requirements in Detail:

•\tPrior experience in B2B Sales/ Marketing, favourably in the e-Commerce sector
•\tCoordinating and updating different Sales networks nationwide
•\tExperience in executing the Marketing function (Customer Service, Strategic Communications, Pricing etc.)
•\tAbility to create and manage usable content for any kind of publication (Newsletters, Websites, Social Media)
•\tKnowledge in basic Online Marketing tools (Search Engine Marketing, Search Engine optimization, Affiliate Marketing etc.)
•\tWillingness to frequently travel within Indonesia

•\tHigher education in business science or Marketing specific fields (GPA > 3.00)
•\tFluent in English and Indonesian
•\tAbility to work within tight schedules and coordinate/manage teams
•\tAbility to communicate effectively and provide good problem solving skills
