Open position :

1. HR & GA Officer, Full Time Job - in house - Bandung.

If you like to hang out with interesting creative people, empower people, bringing out their potential to the fullest, supporting people from the background and inspire them, this is the right position for you.

You’ll be responsible :

• To lead & manage the recruitment process to build Winning Team.
  
• To maintain performance appraisal, training, and development for all staffs.
  
• To manage the general affairs of our business.
  
• To ensure the implementation of HR & GA system, policy, and procedures throughout the company including attendance and vacation planning, etc.
  
• Responsible for the task related with staff relation, including contract, administration, compensation and benefit, staff welfare, policy socialization, etc
  

Requirements :

• Age between 24-33 is more preferable.
  
• Bachelor Degree (S1) in relevant major, preferably Administration, Law or Psychology. Or any other major but have strong organizational experiences.
  
• Having min. 1 year experience as HR is preferable, but fresh grads are welcomed.
  

Personality :

• Excellent in social media is advantage, like Facebook, Twitter.
  
• Fun personality, do things quick, and have a strong attention to details.
  
• Enjoy to work under deadline pressure. Ability to be flexible with work schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  
• Mature personality & has service-attitude.
  
• Willing to study hard and learn about new things beside your main subject interest.
  
• Able to communicate effectively and building a good relationship with all level of staffs in organization.
