• Creative in providing ideas for program topics
  
• Strong desire to provide a satisfying work
  
• Able to work well in a team work
  
• Having the ability to drive a speaker
  
• Able to speak English active
  
• Proactive, dynamic, multitasking, and able to work under pressure
