CSR TRAINEE

Responsibility :
•\tAs a link between customer and Inta’s related department / function in order to provide a good customer service.
•\tFollow up Job Result as a part of Customer Satisfaction Service.
•\tPlan and perform Routine Visit and Technical Meeting with customer.
•\tPerform and maintain Customer’s Data such as customer’s business profile, customer’s unit population and correspondence documents.

Requirements :
•\tMale, with max age 28 years old
•\tBachelor degree from Mechanical, Industrial and Electrical Engineering from reputable University (GPA 2.85)
•\tGood communication as well as negotiating skill
•\tPreferably has driving lisence (SIM A)
•\tLanguage required : English (TOEFL with min score 400)
•\tWilling to participate in training program in Jakarta and OJT in all branches
