Dibutuhkan segera Tenaga kerja sebagai Sekretaris di PT.PutraBangun Persada Baru
requirement :
- Female
- Bachelor defree in Accounting /Finance
- 5 Years of working experience as secretary,personal assitant, assistant manager
- Strong command in english,written & oral is a must
- Computer literate (Ms.Office,Office outlook)
- Detail oriented,well organized,able to perform and deliver tasks ontime
- communication skill, hard worker ,able to work under pressure
- able to work independently under tight deadlines
- Trustworthy and reliable person
- good apperance and pleasant personality
key responsibilities will include :
-manage and maintain the director agenda and email account
-follow up urgent correspondence and attachments
-ensure agenda, work papers, and travel arrangements are managed -effectively, including producing a daily folder with diary,necessary papers, etc.
-coordinate travel and accomadation requirements in connection with others and ensure arrangements
-maintaining financial, accounting and administrative matters to the director
-oversee and manage the preparation of the site project budget
-oversee the site operation on day to day basis
-forecast cash flow position, ensure that suffient funds are available to meet ongoing operational
-prepare regular reports,gathering & summeraizing data, including information updates.
-filter general information, queris,phone calls and invitations by redirecting or taking forward such contact as appropriate
