Our company is currently hiring for a Senior Business Development Associates position which requires minimum of 3 years working experience in Business Development or Marketing field.

Qualifications:

- Female, age max 28 years old
- 3+ years experience in marketing and business development
- Outspoken and outgoing
- In depth knowledge and understanding of brands
- Good general understanding of social media tools and technologies (Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter)
- Strong interpersonal skills – must be able to work independently and within a team environment
- Passionate, creative and pro-active nature
- Detail orientated and able to handle a high volume of work
- In depth knowledge and understanding of B2B marketing
- High confidence and positive
- Able to negotiate
- Creative and able to think out-of-the box
- Comfortable with meeting new people and building relations with new people
- Good analytical and interpersonal skills
- Able to manage timeline
- Having own transport is a plus

Responsibilities:

- Generate sales volume and value through the development and implementation of a structured, time and target sensitive, sales program.
- Cold calling: This is a vital part of the position and the BDM should be pro-active to attract new inquiries to the centre.
- This is to be a daily activity and a disciplined approach should be adopted at all times.
- Actively network on behalf of Gellies World within the:
Corporate companies
Professionals gathering
Communities gathering/ events
- Perform sales of centre including:
Initial telephone inquiry
Preparation of quotation
Telephone follow-up
Closing of sale
- Visits appropriate, related gathering and exhibitions including Business and Franchise, startups, technology and such similar exhibitions.
- Implementation of marketing initiatives as set out by your immediate supervisor
- Evaluate, propose and organise:
Marketing campaigns, this should be done in weekly basis
Promotional and branding strategy of Gellies World.
Sponsorship of public events
- Manage the relationship with:
Local commercial agents,
Client brands
Products/ Services Partners of GelliesWorld with the objective of increasing sales volume and value
- Identify local marketing partners for joint marketing programs. Marketing Partners include Hotels, Cafes, and other organisations where a joint marketing program would be mutually beneficial
- Produce a weekly sales and marketing update report and other reports as required
- Thoroughly understand the operating business, pricing model, product features, strengths and weaknesses
- Coordinate client retention programs
