HR & GA STAFF

Requirements :
Male / Female, age max. 32 years old;
Holding a Bachelor Degree from Reputable University with minimum GPA 2.85 of 4.00 in any major / discipline;
At least 2 year(s) of relevant working experiences in Human Resource and General Affair;
Fluent written and verbal English;
Having experiences in generalist HR such as handling recruitment, payroll, training and industrial relation;
Understanding labor law and manpower regulation, UU No. 13 / 2003;
Excellent leadership, communication, analytical and interpersonal skills;
Good planning, organizing and problem solving skills;
Strong motivation, honest & loyalty, dependable, integrity and initiative;
Good in computer skill especially for Presentation and Worksheet matters;
Ability to work independently and under pressure with minimum supervision;
Prefer domicile around Tangerang or Bekasi.
