Penjelasan (please read carefully):

We are a group of researchers under a private consultant company and the ASEAN Foundation. We will be visiting Singapore either on September 26-29th (option 1) or September 30th-October 3rd (option 2).

Our mission is to take comments and advices from Singaporean experts regarding the two projects. The first project concerns about CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) and the other project focused on SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises).

To gain necessary recommendations and comments, we are going to hold an FGD (Focus Group Discussion) on the first day of visit (either on Sept 26th or Sept 30th) and in-depth interview on the following days. We need a Local Champion (LC) to set up the FGD and to arrange the interview. The idea is that we need an LC to:

1. Set up a meeting room and meals for 20 persons, provide an infocus projector during the FGD. The total budget for the FGD is 750 USD.
Aside from infocus projector, it will be better if the room is provided with a whiteboard/flip chart, microphone/sound system, and other necessities required for an FGD. A meeting room at universities should do. Other option will be a private room at a restaurant. However, if you have better options, we would be gladly consider.

2. Source, make contact, and invite qualified professionals to attend the FGD.
About the FGD:
Should be attended by at least 10 persons (5 for each project) from 8 elements: (past) projects participants; the implementing agency/the committee/focal point; senior editor of national/local media; academias/researchers; senior NGO activist; government (minimum eselon 2); parliament member; and the beneficiaries of the projects.
We will provide you with a list of (past) project participants and the implementing agency. We need your help to contact those people. However, we need you to source (by yourself), contact, invite, and making sure the attendance of other qualified persons from other elements. Please feel free to invite any professionals who are deemed qualified to give comments regarding the projects.

3. Arrange in-depth interviews.
After the FGD, we will choose at least 5 of them to be interviewed once on the 2nd, 3rd, or 4th day. We need your help to arrange the meeting, including time and venue to their convenience. No need to rent a car as we'll be just taking taxis during our stay in Singapore.

We will compensate the LC an amount of 1,200 USD. A contract will be provided.
